MagBak, Neon Growth, and Marpipe launched what they claim is the first enhanced image ad format on Google Shopping, allowing physical-product brands to show richer product visuals and details in the search feed.
ReadingThe steal: Google Shopping has been a price-and-image game, so the first brand to use enhanced images to show detail, scale, or use-case context will outrank competitors who are still running flat product shots. The play: if your product has a detail or benefit that a single image does not convey—seam quality, size relative to hand, color accuracy—enhanced image ads let you show it in the paid feed without changing your product listing. Run a test: take your three best lifestyle shots, load them as an enhanced image ad, and measure click-through lift against your current image. If enhanced images are new, first movers will see a lift before Google's algorithm learns to rank them fairly.
